I knew about weight but didn't know about size. Big difference or is it close? Also I thought you meant there was a difference between early and late 750s

The size is different, but not greatly so, but the VFR series has become steadily lardier through its various incarnations. It started as a sport bike technology tour de force, then morphed into a gentleman's sport/tourer.

Thanks to the GTAM member under the name Iceman for helping be pick up this bike over 150km from my house and inspecting it and towing it all the way back. This is my 2nd bike he has helped me purchase. Pretty much 2/2 on bike purchasing with iceman. not bad odds. FINALLY back on two wheels. hopefully see you guys out there.

Nice! Looks just like my 1st bike!
mine had the full fairings on it though.
 
I'm loving being back on 2 as well after 4yrs off.
SV was always fun. Sooo much low end torque.
Mine had a few upgrades as well.
Gsxr shock, exhaust, fork springs etc...

OKAAAAAAAY NOW! It's June 16th... let's not be speaking of this "winter" thing!

And nice bike! I had a 99 SV650S back when it first came out. I loved it... until it morphed into it's big brother, the TL1000S.
 
Is the table from Home Depot? I need a table to put my portable table saw on. Is it really sturdy?

I got my new 2015 FZ9 yesterday!!! But, I'm not sure on how to load up a picture. The file loads from my computer it looks like, but at 100% it says the upload failed... I don't post pics online so not sure how to upload or what I'm doing wrong.

So.... Here's a pic of the bike off the interwebs!!!


Edit : Picture looked horrible when copied over

It's simpler to upload to a photo hosting site like imgur.com then come back here and click Insert Image > From URL (uncheck the box the says "Retrieve remote file and reference locally")
 
Tried to post the picture but it was to big that you only saw the rear wheel. I don't know how to post properly.

Thanks Matt Rain for trying as I followed the steps and the picture didn't downsize.

If you refresh the page after posting, you'll see that the forum automatically downscales your photos.
