The upper and lower actually fit pretty well with no issues but they're so thin I doubt they'll hold up in a crash. It's extremely light but that's only good if you have cash to buy a new set with each slide. With the cost of them they're good for a spare set.

And more importantly, tomorrow will be a 2014 Kawasaki Ninja 300 ABS...
Beyond that I don't think I'll be doing any more modifications to the bike from the get go. I need to get a feel for it and some ride time to see where I should go from there, if anything. Definitely scoping some leathers down the road; for now, going to use my textiles plus wait for the Velocity group buy gloves to come in.
EDIT: Caved in and ordered myself some leathers:
Dainese Super Speed Pelle Estivo (Leather Perforated) Jacket - White/White/Black
Dainese Delta Pro EVO Pell Estivo (Leather Perforated) Pants - Black/White

I haven't even had the bike off the stands yet. I don't think lack of flex and it breaking will be the issue but because it's soo thin it won't take long sliding on asphalt to grind through the panels.
