Who are we coordinating with when we are attacking ISIS in Syria? Are we working with the rebels who are fighting the Syrian government and ISIS? This is a weird situation and how are we justified internationally when we are acting militarily in Syria without the permission of the government? Could this not be seen as an act of war by the Syrian government?
