There's a reason they put a president in power that could barely read or write.

250 2s turn the same lap times as the 250 4s which is why our national MX series has them classed together, again believe it! Yes the 250 2s has more tq and is faster in a straight line however a 450 4s makes substantually more power then the 250 2s that stoped developing 10 years ago unless it's a ktm.

Not every 250 4s is created equal. A cbr250 has 1/2 the power of a cr250f. Quit embarrassing yourself.

A sxf/kxf/yzf/crf/rmz 450 would make that TE511 their *****.
You're talking out of your ass. The only reason a four stroke 450 even remotely keeps up is because it hooks up while the 250 2 stroke is breaking the ground. A 250 4 stroke will be annihilated by a 250 2 stroke. Its basic anatomy of an engine . 100 RPM'S of the crankshaft on a two-stroke results in 100 power strokes. 100 RPM'S of the crankshaft on a four-stroke results in 50 power strokes. Half. Twice. There's that word again. Twice the power strokes, twice the power, twice the fun, twice the tickets, twice the ****** off neighbors, twice everything.

Sledfest 2015 this past weekend, the 1000 plus four stroke sleds had to be turbo or supercharged to keep up to the 700 two strokes.

I'm embarrassed for you.

You'd better tell CMRC that they've mad a mistake and shouldn't allow the 250 2s to race with the 250 4s because it's unfair. They turn the same lap times, FACT! The new 450's put out 5-8 MORE HP than the 250 2s. As tested by motocross action the 2014 yz450F makes 58hp, the 2014 ktm 250sx makes.....50.

I don't care about sleds.

You should care about sleds, because that is where 2 stroke engines shine. And the reason they will never disappear. They have stood the test of time holding up to severely cold temperatures. You want to be stuck in the woods with your scanner diagnosing a failed MAP sensor on a four stroke sled ? Or changing a spark plug the odd time on a two-stroke? Sledding is facing this crisis right now. Cold temperatures and sophisticated electronic four strokes do not work.

Here is a CR 125 2 stroke making minced meat out of both a 250F's as well as a 450F 4 strokes!

CR125 beats 250f 450f 125 vs 250 450: http://youtu.be/3GK5lCyoIA8

LOL!! Well I guess Chad Reed should just ditch the 450 and get on a 125!

No reply to the hp numbers? Quit talking out of your ***, it stinks.

Do you even have any experience with modern sleds 2 stroke or 4 stroke?

Modern 2 stroke sleds have their fair share of sensors/electronics. They also blow top and bottom ends much more frequently than 4 stroke sleds.

No one is buying 2 strokes fresh off the show room floor because of reliability compared to their 4 stroke counterparts.

You have posted nothing but your opinion, no evidence at all. And no practical knowledge of how the two engines differ. You can have your opinion, but the evidence shows your opinion means nothing. A 125 two stroke lapped both 250 & 450 four strokes!

They're junk. I just dumped my 2013 Nytro RTX. What a piece of ****. You put a heavy engine in the front of the sled, guess what happens?

I have a few die hard ski-doo buddies, their 800 etec is faster than my nytro....barely. Against a turbo there's no chance.

Seems like you and I have the same toys. With different stories to tell all of those toys. My Mach Z destroys my Nytro.

RM 250 has to slow down for 450 four stroke.

RM250 two stroke chasing down big four strokes: http://youtu.be/MLr2MFIWb-Y

This video really demonstrates the violence of riding a two stroke. Which is why people love them.

Do you want me to post up the CMRC rule book and the testing from the mxa magazine? How about the race results from last season. A video of a novice race isn't evidence. HP isn't a replacement for skill.

CK3 or rev mach?

CK3 wouldnt isnt any lighter/ or better handling than a nytro.

The rev version is a good sled.....if you can keep it running.

A history degree from Yale and a masters in Business from Harvard.

Yah... he can barely read and write.

I assume you get your information on politics from the same place you get your information on MX and sleds? Some homeless guy on a street corner waving his penis at traffic?

Here's a "factual" you tube video lol

and another of guys that can actually ride.

You're saying none of the other guys on the 250 F's or 450 F's on that track knew how to ride?

You write in this thread that you own an RM 250 yet you are defending four strokes. You then write that you don't care about sleds, then you write you have a Nytro.

MotoGP used to use 125 and 500 two strokes. To achieve the same power in a four stroke they had to double the cc's. Which is what you're disputing. MotoGP doesn't know what they're doing?

The ******* guy doesn't even know how to speak. When told the planes hit the towers in the children's classroom, he is holding the book upside down.
