Yesterday for me. Had a empty tank. 8k rpm to 16k rpm was sweet.

Earlier this summer rode with an 1199s, 1098s, GXSR1000. On 141 through Rousseau. First time riding in that area. I could not believe how cool that run was. My bike ran perfectly, great to see so many others out that day.

I had a lot of great rides this year but to me the most memorable one was the one i did in the fall.
Perfect weather and some amazing colors.
I love riding the WV / VA area

What is your standout moment, the moment when you realize how incredibly lucky you are to be doing this?
The very best moment came on a gravel road heading north to the Creemore area. Sensational weather and scenery. Crested a hill, start charging down the other side. What's that way up there on the left? Wow, a long haired lass in a floral dress, country style. She cocked her head. She hears me coming. She's going to wave as I pass, no if ands or buts. I passed her at speed, her timing impeccable as she raised her arm and twirled her hand like the Queen of England. Gawd she was gorgeous. A great moment on a great day

Having read somewhere here about your less than stellar eyesight, my money is on she was giving you the finger, slow down *******. :thefinger:
