That never works well. Sounds like many union shops I have worked in. The real job is to get as little done as humanly possible. Anybody being productive is quickly shunned as the rest don't want to pick up the pace.

Shunned if you're lucky. A friend worked for WSIB back when they had the big property east of the 400. One stunt put him in the hospital with a broken shoulder. I guess they don't care about their rates.
