The Reasonably Priced Used Motorcycles for Sale Thread

i'm upgrading to a 600 and would love your opinions on this bike. Is it too expensive? I feel it is. I think it should be at $3500. Am I off my tree here or....could use some advice!

14000KM, 2002 HONDA CBR 600F4i, tires are apparently good to go. here's the link

Thanks so much!

It's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it! Personally for me, that would be less than 4k. He's asking 4200 OBO, so its fairly safe to assume he's willing to accept 500 less than asking.

For mid to high 3s it's a nice bike. Kms are low and looks like it's in good shape. I've always like the 2 years where they had a split seat as well. Take a close look at the mechanical situation, and bring a friend or someone from this forum if you need help.

$3,000
$3,500 if you really really like it. I wouldn't pay that much myself but it's about what you like and if you live nearby saves you gas money to look for other bikes. Wouldn't be the worst deal. As long as everything is in good shape. If you have to change tires, brakes, chain, etc., right off the bat then offer less. Don't get hung up on low mileage unless you plan to sell the bike before it hits 30-40K.

I don't know, 45k on that bike doesn't seem bad to me as long as it's been taken care of. Even without the tip case I'd still say its a good price.
