Where you went wrong: Making the assumption that drivers in Toronto read signs.

I love the fact that there is an INREB principle. This now solidifies his status as a GTAM god.

Actually, if you look close, he went in ahead of the truck, passed it, and then back onto the ramp.

Sure, and by the same token, the person turning left shouldn't have passed the stop bar until the way was clear to proceed, and therefore should have never entered the intersection. The view isn't back far enough or on a good enough angle for me to judge whether there was time to stop, and what the view of the left turner was.

Legally, the person turning should have waited. By common sense the person going straight through shouldn't have been so self centred that he ran a cold yellow, so that the person turning wasn't stuck in the intersection on a red. Too many people don't even bother to try and stop on a yellow, when they are legally required to do so.

Same thing applies to the one turning left and that's why he's left at fault.

Holy crap man.. !!!

Too bad the plate isn't visible, the OPP might have been interested in that one.

And the ramp video above has at least 2 dbags in it that need to CTFD.

Tried to get it in the original video and it might be doable. I sent it to them anyways.
