Make sure the glue used is compatible with rubber. Iirc, some glue will eat at the rubber. The car window weather seal glue should be good. I have a tube if anyone needs to stop by and use it. No need to waste $$ on a whole tube for 4 drops.

Did you get it from Radioworld? If not, where, and how much? Just trying to compare, plus they didn't have the xmount in stock when I went.
Ordered on line from: gpscity.ca Ships from Calgary. There are a few even locally that carried everything except the base part I wanted.

This is the RAM cradle I am using. I find its VERY solid and I trust it more than the X-Grip. THeres a thread on ADVRider on mounts.
I got it for $20 ish from Canada's Motorcycle.
It will fit a LG G3 and Samsung S5 Easily. Its great for mountain bike use as well.
