Travel at speed of traffic or faster thru the twisties.
Stop every 100 - 150 km for a break, coffee and/or gas.

That’s a nice ride. Make sure you hit up the Trou du Diable brewery in Shawinigan and the view from the top of the tower in the energy museum is stunning.
 
Also, for a variation you can take the small ferry just before Rockland (Cumberland I think) across the river to the north shore which is a nice ride through Papineuville (there’s a park there with old log chutes/waterfalls etc) and Montebello. Better food that side of the river too. I always used to take that ferry to get into Quebec on the bike.
 
I came down with a sinus cold on Saturday before I was to leave so I cancelled for now.
Sneezing inside a full coverage helmet is not pretty.
I hope to reschedule before the snow flys.
