A high school in the USA recognized not everyone likes gym and the competitive atmosphere but gym was mandatory for graduation. Students can get their gym credits by doing chores for seniors and disadvantaged people. Lawn mowing 101 has its place. Kudos.

RNLI is an extraordinary group, mostly made up of volunteers and operated as a charity. They've been around for ages, and save hundreds of lives every year.

Their work got political not long ago when King of the Gammons, Nigel Farage, criticised them for saving drowning refugees crossing the English Channel. Unsurprisingly, their donations skyrocketed 3000% in the aftermath...
