If you are looking for good roads nearby they are few and far between but you can construct some from Shanes map.
If you are looking for casual loops with some interesting stops then
Port Dover ( QEW/403 to 6 ) and along the lake toward Port Colborne ( look for Selkirk and don't stay on HWY 3 but cut right down to the lake.
continue along the lake to Fort Erie ( cut down to Point Abino and Crystal Beach )
Along the river to Niagara falls then to the Lewiston Bridge and boogie home on the QEW or if you have time cut up to the Ridge Road.
That can be reversed as well hitting Ridge Road first after crossing the Hamilton Skyway and up the mountain to Ridge.

If you are comfortable crossing the border a day trip to Letchworth Park and perhaps Watkins Glen is doable tho not a whole lot of interesting roads.
PA is your place for riding...but needs a couple or 3 days.

There is some stuff up towards the Ottawa River and into Quebec but usually an overnight. PA is the closest for good times....some have done it in a day,
