All i have done is uncrate it and put the battery on the charger to wake it up.
I'm very impressed with the build quality.

Ok, battery is 100%, bars adjusted and levers loosened (just in case).
Controller has 4 maps. White, green, blue and red.125cc,200cc,250cc and 300+cc omg!
Green will probably do everything i need. The clutch is one finger (if you need it). There is "inertia" programmed into it to replicate engine braking.
It's crazy lightweight. 130lb! The weight feels like it is dead center underneath. Perfect balance 50/50. Incredible torque. Wheelies super easy even in white mode.
Might find some dirt on Monday. More pics.

Could have been last fall.

Couple of little things. A cable cover is provided with the bike. Washing the bike is done with the battery out. (4 screws) Keeping water out is a good idea. And the factory slipped a thin o-ring over one of the forks during assembly so the rider can monitor fork travel. Nice details.

Out for a practice ride yesterday. About 3 hours of plonking around took the battery to 70%. Most of the time spent in the 2nd level setting. 1st level feels the same, just softer power delivery. Full power is WTF/OMG.I 12 oclock'd it crossing a big flat grassy fields. Flipped it on a severe side hill and scratched the center plastic. Meh. Battery is out ( 30 sec) ready to wash.
