March. How long has it been since putting money down?
She loves it and not shy about the UDF (Ural delay factor). Fun waving at all the people that wave and smile.Congrats. Has B gone for a spin yet?
Ya, i gotta find some loose stuff and try 2wd. It's impossible to use it on pavement.Enjoy. Hope to see mud on it in the next set of pics.
EDIT: Whats the deal under the chair? Are those coil springs in a rubber boot?

Nope.Don't Urals come with a diffy?
Nope.
Live rear axle, sidecar wheel can be engaged through a simple spline coupling. It's only used in snow and loose terrain.Strange, I coulda sworn I read that they do. Huh.
I think thats a Dpner drive fitted to a Ural. Urals own is brilliantly simple, couple and uncouple a solid shaft. Works similar to the old locking 4wd front ubs. This is what I was thinking of.
Ural Sportsman had a diff sourced from a Ukrainian company, but they stopped making them in the late 90s/early 00s.
