A little bit about my very short riding history: in 2008 I couldn't afford a car when I graduated university so I decided on the ruckus scooter. When I bought the M1 book I noticed that if I took the M2 test on a 50cc vehicle I'd only qualify for a LSM license.
In the end the ruckus was about the same price as a 125 cbr so I said screw it and bought a 125 so I could upgrade more easily in the future if I chose to.
I'm still riding the 125 at the moment and enjoying it. Hope to buy a 600cc when I can afford it but I think I'll still keep the 125 for city riding even if I do.
