I really wish the gov would up the low end to 125 for entry bikes instead of 100cc...would open up so many more models
At 160cm (5'3") you probably have a 29- 30-cm inseam. Make sure you try sitting on whatever bike you are seriously considering to ensure your feet comfortably reach the ground. One-foot on tippy-toes can be precarious, especially on uneven pavement. The 125 has a seat height of ~30.5" so it might work. Try it.
You might find insurance and manageability better on a Grom (as previously mentioned) or the similar Kawasaki Z125 Pro.
So about a 12" inseam? That'd make for a pretty oddly proportioned human being
