I was in your boat a few years ago..almost went with the fz-09 but didnt like the seating position that much as well as the double insurance compared to the bike i ultimately ended up with and its a 2009 Street triple R and I love it!! Plus you barely see them around so you are not a run of the mill bike.
Don't forget the best.. The street triple!Hi, I am looking into naked bikes trying to decide on my next ride. So far, things that turn me on are:
Yamaha FZ 07 (MT 07)
Kawasaki ER6N
Kawasaki Z650
Any other suggestions? I am looking to get something 3-5 years old, except for the Z650, which was launched this year.
Cons: not many mods available in the market.
Keep in mind 2016 and older models don't come with ABS.
Cons: not many mods available in the market.
There are a lot more now but still not as popular as other bikes.
Really awesome bike but not available in Canada till later this yearwhy the heck no one mention CB650F, it is coming North America. it is a great bike.
Did you flush/bleed/change the brake fluid?I've got a 6N and I wish i got a bigger bike if not for the insurance (typical response these days)
But really.. If you can afford a bigger cc bike, get it.
The 6N is nice and comfy to ride as a commuter but does lack the responsiveness in supersport bikes and the features in the dashboard is seriously lacking
Also the brakes are so-so after a years worth of riding. I'm close to 11,000 and pads are still more than 50% but the brakes are starting to fade
