Start @34sec mark; you can see a lug/stud fly off. The first lugs to loosen are probably long gone by this point as the wheel was already 90% off and wobbling all over by the time the cam car approached. Driver clearly heard and felt something wrong, but decided to carry on with the 4-ways instead of pulling over.
