Today-New York City- No indictment for officer using chokehold causing death

This should be interesting. It's on video too. You hear him saying he can't breathe loud and clear ELEVEN times.
Coroner ruled it HOMICIDE.
They used an illegal and banned choke hold.
Guy had his hands up and the Cop jumped him from behind and started chocking him.

Let's see the spin on this.

Now this case is a different animal and totally frucked up.....that poor man a father of multiple children who will be trauamtized watching their father being killed on national tv, I hope they sue the crap out of NYPD and that marble balled shmuck of a so called police officer gets what he rightfully deserves. Damn what is happening no remorse no compassion f'ing animals. In this case I say burn this ***** down the NYPD departments that is.

Apparently a lawsuit has been/is in the process of being filed for $75 million.

Ya this one kind of boggles my mind. There is a video of the chokehold which is strictly agains policy of the PD, Coroner ruled it a homicide and even pointed to the cop as the cause.

If anyone else were on video choking out and killing a man we wouldn't even need the coroners report to be convicted. (slight exaggeration)

He could have been armed. Better kill him to be safe. Why take a chance? These officers are commendable for not shooting the guy when he started his tantrum. People hunt down officers with bananas these days.

Those cops look like f'in thugs man... that's crazy, get those dudes off the streets. It's unfathomable how the death can be ruled a homicide due to an illegal choke hold, and the cops don't even get a slap on the wrist. If the video wasn't there they could've made all sorts of excuses, but the dude was slightly unruly at most.. they didn't need to escalate this into a physical situation at all. Thugs with badges. Nasty. If they were decent human beings they would've diffused that situation in 3 minutes.
