Oh and for the record several of the women took part in discussing and even going along with his "violent" acts through email before ever coming over.

And you know this how? You work in IT at CBC and have access to the email server? Or are you making up fiction and calling it fact?

its not fiction, it IS fact. the girl that complained first was from 10+ years ago, and she saw him more than once after being strangled.

Please reread my comments regarding that situation.
What's insane is the various governments plan on passing new laws. Sexual assault, rape, assault are already against the law, how will new laws make it better? the changes would have to be made in the courtroom and by the way the investigators treat the victims.
The investigators are not nearly as bad as the whole judicial process
Governance by sound bite. Remember how HTA 172 got started? Remember how many politicians voted against it? Hint: None.
This sort of playing the public is the heart and soul of today's craven politicking.

She says he took his belt off, tied it tight around her neck, “yanked” it, and led her around by the belt. They had intercourse, she said, and during it she alleges he whipped her back with his belt and hit her about the head. She alleges he put his full body weight on her face during fellatio, to the point where she gagged, couldn’t breathe, and felt she would vomit. A subsequent encounter, she alleges, left her with deep bruising on her body."
