Can someone Identify this exhaust?

Get the biggest longest one you can find so its not obnoxious on long trips.

When I used to ride a Ninja 250, noone ever saw me approaching from behind on the highway.

Now if I take the db killers off of the undertail of the FZ6, %90 of the people check their mirrors to see what's coming.

Having been in 3 accidents so far, there is no way I'm riding a quiet bike again. I do know the fine line between loud enough and obnoxious though, so I have only taken one of the db killers and left the 2nd in, as it is too loud with both of them out.

Sounds to me like the loud pipes haven't saved you so far..

"Loud pipes save lives", no fairings mentioned. And as far as I can tell, I'm still alive =) So maybe they saved me so far.

....Having been in 3 accidents so far....

Belief in the first statement has resulted in the second statement.

It will take a few years of stats from Brammo and Zero electrics to bust that myth completely.

Except the "concept" of loud pipes save lives, is that the cagers hear you coming and stay away from you. So you have proven this "concept" incorrect because cagers keep bumping into you..lol Maybe they are just trying to stop the annoying noise emitting from your bike?? lol My riding buddy last season subscribed to the loud pipes concept. He has way more close calls than I do with my stock quieter pipes. Maybe your subscribing to this concept is the reason for the accidents? You now think that the loud pipes will "save" you, therefore your wrapped in the false sense of security making your riding skills less honed as your relying on the pipes to prevent collisions rather than rider skill?

Now I am sure your convinced of this concept and nothing we say will change your mind, just as I am sure your convinced all the other drivers were 100% responsible for the collisions. But in 30+years of riding I have never had a collision nor have I ever had to resort to loud pipes to "save" me. Remember the old adage 3 strikes and your out. May be time to rethink the whole two wheel concept of transportation the fourth time you may not be lucky

What he said, plus, I rely on my hearing to know my environment where I cannot see (trucks, approaching R6s, etc.).

Fixed.

..except things may not be left even to that:

Regulations[edit]

Since 2009 the Japanese government, the U.S. Congress and the European Commission are exploring legislation to establish a minimum level of sound for plug-in electric and hybrid electric vehicles when operating in electric mode, so that blind people and other pedestrians and cyclists can hear them coming and detect from which direction they are approaching. Tests have shown that vehicles operating in electric mode can be particularly hard to hear below 32 km/h (20 mph).[SUP][1][/SUP][SUP][15][/SUP][SUP][16][/SUP][SUP][17][/SUP]

The Karma has a warning sound system designed to both alert pedestrians of its presence and enhance the driver experience. The sound is emitted through a pair of external speakers embedded in the bumper, and the sound-generator was developed by Fisker Automotive.[SUP][29][/SUP][SUP][30][/SUP] The warning sound is emitted automatically and activated only when the car is traveling in all-electric mode at less than 25 mph (40 km/h).[SUP][29][/SUP][SUP][31][/SUP]

You rely on your hearing for where you cannot see, yet EVs are supposed to bust a myth ??? LOL

You realize that I'm not riding around and singing "loud pipes are saving lives, E-I-E-I-O", right ?

All I got is the observations that, people notice me 800x more and earlier compared to the quiet Ninja 250 days. That's where it begins and ends.
