Personally, I, wouldn't go back to that place after the nonsense I had dealt with. Left a sour taste in my mouth, though I'm sure they have customer's who have good experiences with them.

Not going to get too much into the story but this is it in a nutshell and though it will exclude many important facts, and though it will seem very biased as to my side of the story I'll try and make it as objective as possible. I wanted to buy a bike because of it's great price, I had cash ready and was willing to put a down payment on the bike so that I could claim it. I was told to chase around a salesman (which seemed to be the only one at the store) which I relentlessly pursued. I called them on a Friday asking when the best time was to meet up with the salesman to start paying for the bike or at least put a down payment on it so that I could claim it, they told me that the next day at 11 (I don't know the exact time's they used but I followed whatever they said, I'm just using these times for hypothetical sake to convey what happened). So I woke up nice and early, told work that I needed to go in later because I was busy, and I walk up to the store at 11 o'clock on the dot only to find the salesman selling the bike to another individual.

Now, before people misconstrue this; I am all for first come first serve, especially at a dealership where tirekickers run rampant. The only issue I have with this is, why lead me on? Why tell me that the salesman was going to be in at a later time than he actually was (this is purely speculation, but how else would he be in the process of signing off the bike to another individual had they not scheduled this meeting beforehand)? It no longer becomes an issue of first come first serve anymore, I was told to go in at a later time only to find that the bike was being sold. Waste of my time especially since I visited the store earlier in the week to want to place a deposit on the bike only to find that the ONLY person in the store at the time doesn't deal with that (then why are you the only one at the dealership). It's like me going to a tattoo shop during regular hours only to find out a receptionist is the only one at the store. Absurd.

Well, that's my experience with them. I wouldn't go back but I'm sure those who do would certainly have a better experience it's all subjective. But to answer your question: I feel like they are unorganized so if you're going to deal with them make sure you talk to someone knowledgeable. I wish I could find the emails I sent to the guy at the store, I was asking questions and I was getting a negative vibe off of them. I can't explain it now because I don't have the emails to read, but I remember me thinking to myself that there was some unknowledgable guy behind the text of that email. Lo and behold I was somewhat right.

Proceed with caution and talk to the SALESMAN not the "receptionist". I forgot his name or else I'd tell you.

Thanks. I also found this post. Seems like he had a really bad experience.

I'm not mechanically inclined (except the basic oil change stuff). I'm thinking of maybe paying a mechanic to check it with me.

But I would like to see if more people had a bad experience there.

Interesting thread, If only I'd seen this. INteresting quote from the thread too: "I'm pretty certain its 360 motorsports, as I'm pretty certain I saw OP's bike around month ago there but walked away after realizing how unprofessional they were"

because this is what their emails to me seemed like, very unprofessional and unorganized. For me, they shouldn't be considered a dealership, more like merely a group of guys in a building making private sales on bikes people bring into them whilst using Kijiji to advertise since their store is hidden in the catacombs of martin grove and 7. They don't have the customer service to be a dealership. Then again, just my opinion.

Thank you for bringing that thread to my attention, however, it makes me feel a little less alone.

Re: Anyone heard anything about http://360motorsports.ca/

I bought a bike from them last year. Had few dings and missing screws here and there that I wasn't told about till I stripped the bike down myself. I addressed it to them and made a list of things missing from the bike and they took care of it...Would I recommend it? May be, look at what you're buying as it is just another stealership. Did I mention the had the year wrong for the model I got on their website?

Re: Anyone heard anything about http://360motorsports.ca/

Removed one front brake disc and caliper? Wtf???

They took a bike that was painstakingly designed to go around corners very well, with years of development, and turned it into a Harley dragster.

(Why they put a cigarette company when this type of sponsorship was banned over ten years ago is beyond me. Posers gotta pose.)

looks like something these idiots would cobble together.

A dragster with one disc brake?lol.. and Who The F*** is "Alice" ;-)

I'd stay away. These guys just import bikes from the US and resell them on. They make $$ for flipping the bikes. Read the other thread. If You want a cheap bike, try sourcing one from the US or another province yourself. Lots of people here on GTAM have done it.

You actually just need to go outside the GTA. London area, Ottawa or Sudbury. The bikes are better cared for too.
