Very aggressive riding there. He should concentrate more attention on what he's doing, and a little less on what others are doing wrong.

Not all in Ontario.

Problem is a cyclist is supposed to be a "vehicle" and should not be going around the cone and through the light, when he see's the other vehicle signaling to turn.

Didn't even watch video. Saw video title with the word Lexus and knew it was someone being an ***. Same for anything with "Mercedez,BMW, audi or pickup" in it:)

Actually far from a dick move, this was smart - he made his left turn without obstructing anyone and saved people behind him time.

Once again, the original poster of the videos proves they are whiney and pathetic.

Nope; dick move, illegal AND dangerous. Some people just think that they're special. They aren't.

I also think that it is a total dick move, however, and once again excuse my ignorance, but if painted lines are not regulatory, then what actually makes that illegal? And what if it was done a littke further ahead, where the car does not go into the opposing lane, but just over the hash marks? Not trying to argue, genuinely curious.

It's a single lane coming to a stop sign. He cut the whole line. Who's to say the person at the front isn't turning left too?

I agree, total dick.. and dangerous.. Won't be saving anyone time when someone turning from that cross road hits him head on. But...... Is it actually illegal? I'm not sure. Sorry I can't help but I've never been daft enough to think of making that kind of move and have therefore never looked it up.

Not arguing that point, although it does look like there is a left turn lane (I may be wrong). But I would like to know what is technically illegal. I just would never cross that solid line period. But then I got flamed a while ago when I said that in another thread, and people said that I'm an idiot. (It had to do with passing on a two lane road ).
***sorry for the hijack from videos***

I live right there and have driven that road for the past 30 years. It's a single lane and those lines go down that whole street as part of a traffic calming initiative installed about 10 years ago
