NIAGARA FALLS – A 44-year-old Niagara Falls man is fighting for his life in a Hamilton hospital after losing control of his motorcycle and falling.

Niagara police said the crash occurred on Marineland Parkway near McCleod Road just after 8 p.m. Thursday.

The rider suffered life-threatening injuries and was airlifted from the scene to Hamilton General Hospital where he is in serious condition.

Every time that helicopter flies over my house, I keep hoping it's not another rider being airlifted. I saw it fly over twice this week. damnit.
