    Rider killed in crash north of Port Colborne

    Motorcycle rider, 41, killed in crash north of Port Colborne

    Wed, April 15, 2009

    PORT COLBORNE — A 41-year-old motorcycle rider is dead following a crash just north of Port Colborne.
    Provincial police say the rider crashed after striking a guardrail Tuesday night at about 10 p.m. on Highway 58.
    The unidentified motorcyclist suffered major injuries and was pronounced dead at Welland County Hospital.
    Highway 58 was closed at the crash site for about five hours.
