    Bad Luck!

Hey people. Im new to the forums. Just picked up a brand new Suzuki DRZ400SM yesterday. I had it for one day. My cousin and i took a nice spin out to the motorcycle show at the international centre today....one day after picking up my new bike. We walked around for 2 hrs. When i came out, my bike was gone. WHAT A BUMMER. Its sunday night and i really hope my insurance isnt going to give me a hard time. Any body have any advice?

    Damn bro....that's friggin' sad.

Sometimes it's just not meant to be?

Thieves should be hung by the balls. I suppose it's a great place to "shop" for a bike? Lesson learned by many readers here at your expense.

Sorry dude....hope you get rolling again soon.

Welcome aboard. I wish it was under better circumstances. Hopefully, you'll get a new baby back ASAP. As for the scum that stole your bike.. I hope they get paid back for their kindness with 3 different STD's.

I had a disk alarm on it. I guess the Nobs who stole my wheels just threw it into one of the many trailors alowed to be roaming the carpark. I thought maybe someone would pay attention to the obnoxious chirping and beeping my bike would have been doing...guess i was wrong.

Hey Fisherman, sorry to hear about your luck, that truly sucks Working hard, making sacrifices and saving your money. I know somewhat how you feel as I just had 5 jackets, 3 helmets 2 gloves, and a heated vest stolen.

Did you make a police report yet? If not, I suggest you do as the insurance company will require it.

Welcome to the board, but I sure wish it was under much better circumstances. That really sucks, big time. I hope you can get a speedy solution with the insurance company and a pox on the thieving scum ball who took your bike.

    Re: Bad Luck!

Brutal man... one day and it's stolen. I can't say I'm surprised though, I have a feeling thieves would be all over the motorcycle shows knowing people will be inside for long periods of time. I'd never leave my bike unattended like that. I won't even take mine to the movies, I can't enjoy myself cause I'm waaay too paranoid about stuff like this happening. That's definitely some bad luck though, damn...

Hopefully you'll be able to get the same bike if you get a decent settlement. I have a feeling you'll be getting an alarm for your next bike though.

    Re: Bad Luck!

sorry to hear. hope you get your replacement ride soon.

as for the gps tracker. seems like a good idea. just remember, thieves roam these forums as well, lets not start posting where on the bike is a good spot to hide it. everyone just be creative.
