I took the ramp from 427 to QEW on my bike just at about 7:15am or so.....didnt see anything.. but wait.

once i was by parklawn i saw 3 police cruisers going west with sirens on and in a hurry,, so thats what it was..

INSANE.. i hope the guys are fine. thats my worst fear. i have gotten close to doing that once....

I haven't been around that area but sounds like that ramp is very treacherous. I hope the guy recovers..

Wow! scary stuff.. I have been taking that ramp to work and back for the last 2 years and I like to take that ramp at a good pace...

Wow, great PR for motorcycling at works. Wait for the evening news ..... I hope they were doing close to speed limit and someone cut them abruptly off. But I have a feeling that this is not the case ....

that's a crazy accident. hope the riders are ok.

i saw another accident this morning on the 410 just before the courtneypark turn off. looked like a car had rammed right into the motorcyclist. the bike was actually wedged onto the front of the car... the bumper was between the swingarm and top tail. bike was pretty mangled. rider was laying on the ground and the police were on the scene. no ambulance or firefighters yet.

everyone ride safe and be vigilant.... it doesn't take much to get hurt on 2 wheels out there.

I heard on the news on the way in to work the bike was going at a high rate of speed and the motorcycle flew off the bridge onto the road below.

+1 the bike was right in the middle of the cars front bumper ..no ambulance , 3 cruisers.

i was on the qew heading into downtown around 7am from mississauga...love that ramp, but yeah, a little bumpy and at hi speeds ain't gonna be your friend...bummer, gws...

I live near Sunnybrook Hospital and I hear the air ambluance at all times of day and night and I cringe when I do - someone is in trouble but they are getting 1st class medical care....

Maybe the reporter was told the rider was flying and he took that to mean he was going real fast, when in fact it meant he got a lot of air.
