I want to post some pics but they are HUGE and I don't want to post big photos. Anyone have some suggestions on how to resize photos without losing quality?

    Thanks in advance

or if you're real lazy just use mspaint.

open in paint, press control-w, change the stretch for both horizontal and vertical from 100 to 40 percent, and then save.

go lower than 40 if it's still to big.

Picasa can do your photo management, rotations, red-eye removal and will upload to a google account in three clicks. It downsizes the uploads by default but you can also upload full-sized and then link in a smaller version from picasaweb which goes to the full-size.

Not much of an editor though, so Gimp is still a good download if you want to add information.

if all you want to do is resize and you have Windows then look up Prish Resizer. It adds a "resize" option in your right click menu

Technically, you can't reduce pixel count (resolution) in an image without losing quality. It's lossy.
