I'm waiting to hear back from my Mitchell and Whale rep but it looks like my quote as a new customer has gone up almost $2000 from last years inquiry. My two motorbikes have over doubled with Wawanesa! Not sure why. My current provider (allstate) has gone up yet again, this year...
Shout out to Morgan from Mitchell and Whale. Set up insurance on my new to me z1000 last Saturday. I'm very happy with the rate they found and I had coverage within 2 hours of first contact, all done via email.
Very easy and efficient to deal with.
Called them out of the blue after a year of no contact, within a few hours i had a staggering quote. I'm still waiting for confirmation back that it is indeed valid but the customer service has never disappointed.

I’m amazed how many companies have let their customer service fall apart using a Covid excuse.
I’m redoing a mortgage, my bank took 9 days to return my call. I called 4 times with no response. I called another bank I deal with and asked them if the would take the mortgage - it was done and approved in 4 hours over the phone. My son was having the same issue with a line of credit app, 1 week went by and nothing. I called my other bank and they helped him out - they approved the line in 2 hours.
