Modern VW owners and the sense of entitlement?

OK, I don't like to generalize but I can't help but notice that there seems to be be a common element (douchebaggery) in modern VW owners when it comes to road manners. I do about 50K KM per year with my work, see much of Ontario and there is an undeniable sense of entitlement (flash to pass...

    Replacing helmet foam

I picked up a NOS Bell Pro Star helmet (1986) some time ago. The liner and shell are perfect, I'll bet they've never seen the light of day. The foam however is crumbling. I've found a vendor online for the pads http://www.genuineaccessories.com/HlmtsFF/PRSTROLD.htm, but was wondering if there...

Longer than 6 days, can I still register my used' bike at Service Ontario?

Life gets in the way sometimes. I bought a bike in September, and have been on and off sick since. I have the UVIP from the seller, unfortunately it's quite a drive to meet up with him to have him sign another. What kind of heartache can I expect at Service Canada?

    New to me CBX250

My wife gave me the go ahead to pick up a bike for my 40th birthday. I didn't want a big bike, something I do short highway jaunts on, easy handling in town. Honda's flogging the CBR125 hard right now, but... I'd like some passing power please. I've been scanning the countless CBR250s and...

    Motorcycle certification

It used to be at one time that a motorcycle could be certified by any licensed automotive shop. Is that no longer the case? I've had more than a few turn me away, even my local CTC - said something about incurring more cost than profit due to some requirement or other???

Minimum Displacement requirement for 400 series highway?

Wondering if there's a displacement requirement for the 400 series highways? I have a ...smaller bike... that's quite capable of highway speeds at least as long as my courage to ride it at that pace will hold out.
