► Tailgate Folding Ramp for Pickup Truck

This came off a 2006 F150, but with a bit of a modification could be made to fit pretty much any truck. Outer width on the mounting tube is 63.5" tip to tip, but can be shortened easily on both ends. Made of steel, and replaces your entire tailgate in a few seconds, and folds securely on the...

    ► 2008/2009/2010 GSXR Passenger Footpegs

Exactly what you think they are. The right side bracket DOES NOT have the mount for the OEM exhaust pipe, so these pegs are more suitable for people with some kind of aftermarket/shorty exhaust pipe. Used, but fully functional. $35 OBO, I'm reasonable.

    KMG brake pads

Anyone have experience with these brake pads? I bought some off of Kapscomoto and I would love to hear your non-speculative feedback on them if you have personal experience with them.

    NOT Bleeding the coolant system

Question: How critical is it to crack open the bleeder screw to bleed out the air bubbles in the cooling system of a 2010 GSXR 600? My bleeder screw won't budge and the head is rounded now, and I'm paranoid next year when I go to re-fill my coolant that not being able to get out the air bubbles...

Lateral G limits on various tires

How can one find the lateral G limits on their tires without experimentation? Is there a known database or something that can help?

2010 GSXR 600 coupler has no home!

Just did valve clearances/shim replacement, had the whole bike apart and it's now almost in one piece again EXCEPT: For the life of me I can't seem to find where this one coupler goes! It's a two-pronged plug, seems to have orange/white and brown wires -- service manual says it's the EVAP...

Why I Effing *Loathe* Riding In Ontario

There are many, many, many reasons why I loathe Ontario (crappy people, crappy police, lack of interesting things to see and do, overpriced everything) and ultimately as a rider: crappy roads. By no means do I list everywhere awesome; here is but a small comparison of the "best" Ontario has to...

    ► 48-port 10/100 switch with 2 gigabit ports!

For sale is my 3COM 3C16476 48-port switch for $130. I just upgraded the office network and no longer need it. Retails online for over $220 USD plus shipping, so you're getting this at a great price. Grab it before someone else does! I've even gone so far as to update the fan to a brand...

    ► GSXR 600/750/1000 08/09/10 refurbished cowlings

All parts need some work but are all easily repairable, mostly by sanding and painting. A 3 minute plastic welding job with a soldering iron will fix the respective tabs back onto each cowling, which I would do for you, except I have no working soldering iron. I will...

    ► FS: 3D "R" Emblem from Suzuki -- GSXR

Yeah so these cost me $140 from the dealership and it turns out I didn't need them since they already come with the fairings I ordered. I'll let you have them for $115, given they're still 100% brand-minty-new condition, still sealed in their packaging. You can grab them off me...

    Battery master power switch

I'm looking to install a master power switch right at the battery terminals (or wired into the trunk, same place on the actual circuit) so I can effectively disconnect the battery when I want to, without having to bust out the tool kit, take off my seat, and disconnect one of the terminals. My...

    ► 4' Heavy Duty Ramp

This is a step off of the rear bumper of a moving truck. It is solid -- VERY heavy duty, made of very thick metal, and has very grippy no-slip teeth on it, and can be used as a loading ramp or a step. $30 OBO

Sportbike Tires: Michelin Power Pure; Pilot Power 2CT; Dunlop Sportmax D220 ST

All tires are fronts, have about 50% tread on them +/- 10%, have good, symmetric wear, and were manufactured less than 2 years ago, so the rubber is still in good condition and usable for at least another several thousand kms (3000+ at least, if not many more). Take em both for $70! Michelin...

15,000 km of North America, Summer 2012

Yep, I'm at it again. This time down to Miami, then up to Newfoundland to surprise a childhood friend, and back to Toronto. 15,000+ km. I'll be doing the whole ride report blog thing, too. Probably no real-time GPS tracking, though. Can't wait!

    Renting out your personal vehicle

So someone wants to rent my truck from me for some medium-term duration until she gets enough money to buy her own vehicle. She needs it for her own work, I could use the money, and I certainly don't need the truck. Does anyone know the legalities and liabilities surrounding this? Of course I...

Lack of media coverage of Iceland's revolution

I'm fairly sure most people haven't heard of this (with good reason). Because I don't have a central locus for pointing out where to begin becoming aware of this, I'll just paste a google search link...

    The Cure for Human Stupidity

http://yourlogicalfallacyis.com/ I beg you, please help everyone over the age of three understand these. I suspect at least 99% of all of humanity's troubles exist as a direct result of a lack of understanding of them.
