most Bogie weekends are sold out so its unlikely that you will be able to jump from group to group, also if im not mistaken the new to track orientation is mandatory if its your first time at Bogie regardless of riding level.

roasted Cauliflower a la Fat-Pasha
make Tahini sauce
boil whole cauliflower head until soft and stuff with halloumi cheese
roast on high until golden brown
top with the tahini sauce you made, roasted pine nuts and fresh pomegranate seeds
if you really want protection get a proper boot that will stop you ankle from bending in ways its not meant to. anything else is a half measure, on the street I ride in running shoes though, track is a different story
