Apparently, people have looked but none are forthcoming about the results. All I've heard is vague statements that he is. Feeling too lazy to look right now, so I'll assume he's not until something more concrete comes up.
Was going to jump off on a "climate change" tangent here, but that should be it's own topic.
One thing I will note is that only bad weather is climate change, although ice loss is iffy in that regard.

Courses are mainly in Bells Corners. Some may be in North Kanata.
Have to be able to ride, especially low speed, and complete the course test with few points.
Teaching training will be given, but not much riding training. Suggestion is at least 3 years experience.

They used to have a course or at least a welding room at George Brown. Did a course that had a welding component decades ago. Guys teaching the courses had been in the trade a long time, (my dad had worked with at least one of them), and decided a teaching gig was more suitable at that point...
