    a half hour unpaid break for every 5 hours is all that's required by law. AFAIK.. It's fine to make an agreement with an employee that they can take their break/lunch at the end of an 8 hour day so they can leave early. Union contracts will have their own set of rules.

    They'll probably give her a lot more than she deserves.. for no other reason than Trump wanting to try and turn the incident into something other than what to really was... a violent protest. No chance the gov would settle that if Trump wasn't president. He sends the feds after protestors...
