I try to speed up and then down shift whenever in a tunnel just to scare people. lol
I don't take my bike to redline, but i've been making a habit to keep it above 5000RPM. Apparently that's when my alternator kicks in to charge the battery.
Here's what it cost me for anyone who is interested. I bought it straight from Scorpio's site. They shipped it with US postal Service. Canada Post completed the delivery to my office.
I got the i900, proximity sensor, engine disable, and harness for a CBR600.
$339.85 USD + $43 shipping came up...
I'm going to watch on Saturday. Thinking about taking the stage 1 and 2 courses this year and the rest next year.

Not downtown, but I went to the Humber College parking lot the weekend after I finished my riding course. Nobody was there as it was a holiday. All of the lines from the course are painted on the ground.
I don't think a cop would notice where your ignition switch is, but i would think that any other place wouldn't be safe.
The current positions of the clutch and the starter offer the quickest way of restarting in an emergency...assuming both of your hands are where they should be.

wash and wax all painted surfaces
Coat chrome pices with rust inhibiting oil, except matte painted surfaces
lube the drive chain
place bike on maintenance stand so that both tires are off the ground
after rain, remove the body cover and allow...
