I want to watch "This Must Be The Place" with Sean Penn. But i can't find it.

Ghost Writer with Ewan McGreggor ....good film right up to the end. Poor ending I thought.

Yes, it’s an older film but it has a decent storyline.

Watched both "Outpost" on Netflix and "Longshot" on Prime - both decent movies in their own way.

Btw, can I suggest that we note down WHERE the movies are playing here onwards so we don't need to search?

watching comedians in cars, not a fan of seinfeld, but the cars are
occasionally he gets a funny guest on there who is actually a comedian, and its a good episode

The episode with Mel Brooks and Carl Reiner was classic comedy.

The Grinch on Netflix. Seen it about 30 times this season as the kids love it. I enjoy it. Watching it for the 31st time right now.
Tomorrow will probably be Jim Carey’s Grinch version....

Couldn't sleep and came across this title - blew me away as the movie wasn't what I was expecting.
As usual - splendid performance by Tom Hanks and this adorable little German actress, Helena Zengel.

Highly recommend if you like slow drama type movies.
My love for the First Nation people may have played a role in me liking it as well, lol.

I Care A Lot, on Amazon Prime - Smart, witty, and confident. Great watch

Just watched this one, never heard of it but saw Peter Dinklage was in it and gave it a shot. I must say I enjoyed it.

Parts of it were excellent. Can't deny that - acting was pretty good overall, and the storyline is pretty horrifying (and I believe there likely is an industry that operates like the movie premise).
But portraying the Russian Mafia as somewhat incompetent and bumbling was pretty poor.

Nomadland. Critics are gushing about it but I came away disappointed. It’s gloriously shot, the scenery is both amazing and depressing. But it’s a dull film that just feels empty and a bit formulaic.

Anything by Hitchcock - "Dial M for Murder" anyone?

was looking this, trying to figure out if that "big dude" in the "thumbnail-pic-thingy" was Russell Crow...was like can't be...he's doubled in size.

He’s packed on the pounds then dropped them for a few roles

For the history buffs, "The Dig" is a good watch. It follows the discovery of Sutton Hoo, the largest Anglo-Saxon burial site found to-date, immediately prior to the British entering WWII. It's currently on Netflix.
