The Reasonably Priced Used Motorcycles for Sale Thread

That’s why I think $500 for the xbr125 then a fun little project. Get the hands dirty for a few weeks and sell for cost or as close as possible.

I was thinking vale adjusted wrong maybe fuel flow issues ?

Could be something as simple as a plugged vacuum line causing it to shut off. There's not much to those bikes. I'd bet even if you got it running right, it'd be a tough sell.

Selling my Versys 650, well maintained, low km and ready to go. Yes, the price is a bit high, I have to leave room for the kijidiots to get a deal.

The color may be the weak spot there... I bet if you did a plastidip job or wrap in a flat olive green or khaki, it would help... The armageddon is almost here, you know...
I like the bug green. GLWS Iceman.

FWIW, I always take pics of things for sale at a park near my house. It only takes a few minutes with the googler to figure out where you live. I don't want people to know which garage has toys in it.

I've seen that bike in person and she's a beauty. The colour looks really great, especially on sunny days.
New owner will be very happy with it.
Good luck with your sale!

I hated the kawi green initially but it really grows on you. More lime-ish Kawi green is a little better but the metallic kawi green is also really nice.

All subjective though so I get it.

Not the best deal but also not the worse.

2009 Kawasaki Ninja 250 - 39000 kms $1650
Most Parts needed for safety are included.

The right side may have had a meeting with the pavement at some point.

On a side note:
What is it with people storing their bikes inside their house? Especially with an infant in the house in this case?

Maybe not the best deal but fun project.
How much better deal are you hoping for? The purchase price of a project vehicle is normally a rounding error in the cost of the project.

Interesting, it's not often that you have a bassinet and motorcycle inside the same house.

You know, I *generally* don't like the Kawi green on everything (the colours they normally offer on the Ninja 1000 are a travesty) but I think it works pretty good on this bike.

Maybe not the best deal but fun project.

must...not....reply....

I have to keep telling myself, "Finish what you started before buying another." until it's sold.

It's only about half an hour away, I have the cash sitting around, and I have the bumper carrier...…..

PLEASE!! SOMEONE SAVE ME FROM MYSELF!

I tried. Asked if he had the ownership, in his name. Reply?.....'Go Away'
