I "think" it might also be the fact they have oodles of torque so they dont need the bigger sprockets like your average four banger sport bike.

Not really maint.. but... at least now someone can get their bike into their garage to do theirs

Trouble is... No friggin' door big enough to ride/push a bike through...!! Lol.

These are a great deal. The 9' wide are uncommon, HD often puts them on sale for $250. I installed them on a friend's drive shed, after framing the opening the install took about 2 hrs.

Yeah... 'Seemes like a waste, but... Who knows?
The previous owner may not have needed a large door. The opening was there, but it had been framed over/closed from the inside.
From the outside it "looked" like there was a 8' garage door, but it was just the door panel fixed in place.

A friends grandfather use to build and modify airplanes & engines in the barn next to the house. Has multiple entrances and ramps for moving things around. ?
So I got the three new cam followers a few weeks ago, but what idiot me forgot to do, was put a head gasket on order when I picked them up. That has now been rectified
and I picked up a new head gasket today and started putting the engine back together. And ... One of the new cam followers tightened up the valve clearance enough to put it out of spec, so now, I need ONE 2.2mm (i.e. "220") thickness 7.48mm dia valve clearance shim.Even if I don't scare one up tomorrow, that shouldn't stop me from putting the engine back in the bike over the weekend and test-running it. The valve in question still has "clearance", it's just 0.02mm below the specification range. I can pull the cam and swap that shim with the engine in the bike - although it's a whole lot easier with the engine on the bench.

Very minor adjustment needed to get 'em all right on the money..
You wanna do a FZ6 next?? How much haha. I looked at buying one of those but they are a little expensive for my amount of use.

Borrow one. Ask and see who has one near you.
I have an old Motion-Pro one (with mercury in it), or make one with tubing (check YouTube).
You need to make sure you have the right size nipples to thread into the throttle bodies. #1 is non-adjustable. The rest of the banks have adjuster screws. Put it to a higher idle, and adjust.

I considered that I just don't know anyone who has one. I've read a bunch of the forum about how to do it. I've been wanting to for a while, I have a feeling mine is due for it to be done.
