I would suggest just bring it here but I don't want to commit to anything without seeing it first or risk you bringing it all the way here for nothing. I can say that if the scratches are as unnoticable as you are saying and there is no other damage (and if we can see and hear the bike run without worry) then I will be buying the ninja for sure! In the end it will be Carlo's call.
