Bummer, I use that stretch every other week.

My nephew in Burlington wants to learn stick, I was planning to use that lightlyvteavelked stretch for practice.

There are lots of good (well crap) steep starts from stop signs in that area. Iirc a few off Brant near dundas, probably ok from sydenham lookout and lots more I have forgotten. Which car are you using for the lessons? Old jap cars were great as no torque off the line forced some competency.
