Vegan backfire

If your type O blood type, you need meat. Don't go vegetarian or vegan. You will suffer badly. Conversely, if you are anything but a type O blood type, you will thrive as a vegetarian or vegan.

There's a reason type O blood types still have their k9's. They can live on meat alone. Vegan or vegetarian diets and type O's are disastrous. One of the most important books ever written is "eat right for your blood type." Read this book and any disease that plagues you will improve or disappear. For instance gluten is toxic to type O's. It triggers the inflammatory response in the body...which is the source of most disease. If you don't know if you are a type O, if your eye teeth are still pronounced like your dogs, you likely are a type O. If they are squared off, or blunted, you are likely a Type A or Type B. Never read but book but I've read many articles about how the blood type diet is completely bogus.

Only one study has looked at this kind of diet. It found that people with certain blood types got more of a cholesterol-lowering benefit from eating a low-fat diet. But it didn't prove that the Blood Type Diet was responsible for this effect or that it works for weight loss.
It's likely that you would lose weight, though, because the diet can be very restrictive.



The diet may quickly become expensive, too, since the author recommends you buy organics as well as his own line of supplements.

This is utter *********. I'm O-Positive and if gluten was toxic I'd be dead.
 
In my family, the 2 of us that are type O are meat eaters. The other 2 aren't big on red meat. I have arthritis/inflammatory issues. I'll try cutting out gluten and report back. It'll be tough though; I love my home baked bread.

lunatic, give it time. When you're young not much can touch you. But it may catch up to you.

I cut out gluten and gone was the heartburn and less gastric issues. Veggies that are high in cellulose still bother me.
 
I'm a vegan. My favourite vegetable:

i know that for me, a dark greens-heavy salad (kale, spinach, chard) will give me gut-rot worse than over-eating at mcdonalds.

you can make your own GF breads
Uhdies or Odies in the forzen section has good gf ready to heat products

also drop dairy for 2 weeks...see how you feel
then drink a glass a milk after the 2 weeks and see how you feel in that night

from my reading dairy and gluten are linked to joint problems plus a lot of other things ppl overlook

This. O:s are typically food allergic to casein... the protein in milk. Cut out all dairy.

A typical type O meal is a steak and salad, chicken and salad, fish and salad, any type of meat and salad. Bacon and eggs for breakfast is ok. The high protein will energize you. Skip all the carbs. Skip the toast. Skip the oatmeal or any grains. Keep that as a basis of your diet and you will feel great.

Inflammation is the cause of most disease. Gluten and dairy are toxic to type O's and both trigger inflammatory prostaglandins.

Conversely, the Type A or type B blood type will thrive on grains, seeds , nuts and fruits. You will notice their eye teeth are squared off or blunted in both these types. They don't, or never had the K9's to rip meat.

Black coffee with butter made from the milk of grass fed cows. Throw it in a blender -- voila! BulletProof coffee. This is a real thing.
 
I would give credence to the blood type diet.

Lots of Asians (Chinese) lacking an enzyme to handle alcohol they turn red with a half a shot and can get dizzy (can't stand)
true story, my Chinese friend...gave him a margarita type drink in summer with less than half a shot of alcohol in a very big glass.
In less than 5 minutes dude turned red and had to sit down for a while, never finishes his drink, had to give him water.

So, yeah...ALL food and all liquids ARE chemicals.
Some things do not mix.

Milk is a real interesting thing. Casein protein is also in tuna (they line the cans with it) it's also in injections (shots, medicine).
Female friends that dropped dairy or cut it out 90% said their periods are less painful (cramps)...plus a few other things they noticed.

Try it ppl, drop all dairy for 2 weeks. There are lots of alternatives that are way better.

In the US they still have HGH in their milk whilst the other developed nations BANNED it.
 
Certainly worth a shot if it makes your periods less painful.
 
Maybe the Leafs should try that.
