2019 Triumph Rocket III, 2.5l & 180 hp

The styling of the previous rocket left something to be desired but that engine made me giggle. Love the styling on the new one but it won't be on my list either.

Nevermind the hp, the est tq of 170ft/lb is crazy!
 
WOW! I like it a lot and it would make a great second bike. Triumph seems to be on a roll, bringing out new and more up to date products. It is great to see a bike company bringing out unique product and providing something different to the mostly average offering from the big manufactures.

The Rocket III always reminds me of a classic line from the Simpson's:

Nunchucks - cool, but useless!

Pretty much sums up my feelings about the Rocket III.
 
Hopefully they figured out a way to make the left side of the engine look cool this time
 
They just killed the Hayabusa because it does not meet new Euro emission standards and sold all of 100 in the UK for 2018. Now Triumph continues with an insane 2.5l which is more than most small cars. Makes perfect sense to me, what marketing genius thought of this? But I'm still selling my stock in Triumph!

It's not necessarily permanent, they just haven't announced a new version yet
