Gonna try it...sugar carbs dairy...

I've made the Blood Type Diet suggestion to a few friends with health issues, they all came back positive.

I'm type o so I was made for this diet lol...

Type O blood: A high-protein diet heavy on lean meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables, and light on grains, beans, and dairy. D'Adamo also recommends various supplements to help with tummy troubles and other issues he says people with type O tend to have.
 
I'm really losing weight doing this all meat thing. Between the time restricted eating and meat and no sleep I wonder if it's all too much to at least maintain weight.

Maybe I should allow myself to eat pretty much all day to make up for it and gain some of the weight back. I'm just not sure how much more meat I can eat during the day lol...

Right now I am eating like 6 hard boiled eggs a bunch of bacon and 2 pieces of chicken breast then a couple steaks and 3 scrambled eggs. My job makes it hard to eat more plus 3 kids 2 dogs a house a wife and other **** to take care of.

I'm normally around 170ish but right now I'm 164.4

so lets skip the weight loss, are you still peeing 5 times a night and finding yourself thirsty during the day?
 
Oh I'm Never thirsty but I do pee a lot at night on average I'd say 2-3 times. It really depends on how long I sleep for. If I get 0-4 hours I can pee 5+ times. If I sleep 4-6 hours ( lol 6 hours of sleep yeah right) I pee maybe 2+ times...


I slept zero hours last night 3-4 hours night before and 4-5 hrs night before that and that's about the avg...
 
With me losing weight I think it has in part to do with not eating enough. I have a hard time eating so much meat so I end up stuffing myself and its gross lol. I picked up some zero carb zero sugar protein powder along with some mct oil to bump up the calories. I'm hoping that can maintain weight while burning fat.
 
I suffered from psoriasis as well and essentially did what you are doing and the psoriasis did not really get noticeably better. Prescription topical treatments from my family doctor stopped working and a specialist recommended a very expensive cream ($300 for a tube) and if that didn't work it was on to wiping out my immune system.

Fortunately we have a relation that was married to a GP that practices both traditional medicine and naturopathy. He treated my wife's eczema with great results. So, I visited Dr. Rona.

The jury is still out on the root cause of psoriasis and eczema but the thinking is that these are blood born bacteria that manifest on the skin. Bacteria feeds on sugar so eliminating the bacteria means eliminating sugar. You are doing this. If you haven't already, also consider alcohol although red wine was ok, I just don't remember why.

Above and beyond eliminating sugars I was advised to take 10,000 IU's of vitamin D daily along with Oil of Oregano and Omega 3 oils. The diet change and the supplements eliminated my psoriasis within what felt like a few weeks. I remember not being finished with the bottles of supplements and my skin was clear. This was 2012 or 2013 and I have not had any psoriasis since.

Although I do eat carbs today it is in reasonably low amounts and I never really went back to drinking all that much. I haven't taken any supplements in years but I do believe they did help expedite the healing as I did try the diet change without any improvement prior to taking the supplements.

I will get on the vitamin d oregano and omega right away...
 
You're welcome. I hope you have the same results. Burping up oregano oil was f'n unpleasant but it was worth the result.

How bad is your psoriasis? Are you sure that is what you have?
 
POST #2, go see a natruopath or at least a doctor........... or both..................

Hit up costco and stocked up on some oil of oregano vitamin d omega 3 vitamin c and probiotics. I will let you know how it goes.

I also bought a crap load of bacon and eggs lol. I think I'm getting around 2500-3500 calories a day but it's hard to be sure. I cant quite calculate the calories I get from the chicken and steak I eat. I can from the bacon eggs and shakes which is around 2300 calories. Right now in my fasting state from 730pm last night I'm 162.6 lbs with lunch coming soon. That's down from 170lbs before I started doing the carnivore stuff. Strange thing is I look pretty much the same but with damn near no fat on me lol.
 
Check the label on your bacon and make sure there’s no sugar in the Ingredients.

Didn't read the link, but iirc I read his book "eat right for your blood type" years ago.....I passed on it.
Someone recommend me a book that will show me how to increase my willpower.

Funny thing was I haven't found any of these transitions all that hard. Once you make the commitment it's just getting passed that 1-3 day body adjustment. After that you are golden and I feel like I could do this for as long as I want. Only thing I haven't had to deal with is holidays or family friends parties vacation or nights out with the wife. Those are some of the things that might create an issue but I'll deal with them as they come...

I didnt think I had a ton of fat on ke dut now it's like where is any fat at or where does it keep dropping from lol...
 
The sounds of your so called diet, your on a long term path to some serious kidney problems, which are already showing. People fail to understand we are a carbon based life form, meaning we need sugar (Not refined, processed sugars, whole mono sugars). Protein is the foundation of disease and problems because its acid based, we're alkaline based/neutral chemistry. Your high protein diet will lead to weight loss, it will also put you in ketosis, which is essentially like living in a cabin, and burning the cabin itself to keep warm. eventually you'll have no shelter or foundation, all organs will collapse.

read books, educate yourself. I can name a dozen books, the best one on all health issues is this one, has everything from A-Z. Reviews speak for themselves. Also, get on spring water, check elmavale springs, we're 65-80% water, that's the building block for health interstitial fluid. Living waters make a big difference, then work your way into high water content fruits, watermelons work best. Use the oregano oil as an anti-bacterial, have a spoon of coconut kefir twice a day to eat the bad sugars killing your skin and build your gut fauna again. Learn intermittent fasting to let the gut heal, your skin is essentially a giant kidney filtering stuff.

You may want to look up water weight.

Take it from someone that went from 200lbs of obesity to a 130lb Dance Dance Revolution guru before transitioning to a 160lb power lifter.
