Car spark plug stuck...help

Had the same problem on a jeep 4L.
I ended up drilling it to just a tad under the thread dia...lubed it...heated it a bit and it came out with an easy out....

The frozen spark plug drama is over. The mechanic hired another "expert" at his cost this time (last expert was $170) who drilled the plug out. Don't know what he did after that but they promised there "should" be no metal flakes inside the engine. Total cost is hard to break down because there was another part replaced ($350) and plugs but $650 out the door, first specialist included. Plus the cost a rental car for 5 days.
Thank you everyone for the suggestions which were passed along. Hopefully the mechanic has learned something from this.

Oh, you'll know inside a few hundred KM if there was when it starts burning oil or making strange noises.
