Welcome to the wonderful world of motos!
Remember to call your insurance for rates prior to buying your bike, Paul South on here is always a good first step if you took your Rider Training course for the M1X.

Welcome. And yes, make sure to call for insurance quotes before buying any bike - a lot of people find out the hard way that their dream bike isn't affordable as their first bike. ;)

Wow no competition there, imho HD is grossly over pricing the bike they should be flooding the market with at cost.

Best time to buy new Honda's is when the new models come out and they are unloading previous year models with full a warranty, those deals which are often about a grand off list also reduce the resale prices so watch you don't pay too much for a used bike.

Best luck and safe riding Catman,
... you into big cat's or just the little household ones?

Thanks for the warm welcome!

Yes , insurance is a major factor in what I will get. I have already talked to my insurance agent , and have a general idea , and when the time comes will also call upon others to get the best rate for insurance.

Might have to wait till the fall to see if prices come down a little bit.

This is purely pleasure for me , so trying to keep costs down . I feel it would be very easy to get carried away. I’m already eyeing extra “things” . Lol

That's how it starts, didn't they warn you! Motorcycles are highly addictive.

and if you live in Canada and want a bike
you've already gotten carried away
but it's a great way to go about it!

Welcome.

You've made an excellent choice.

Riding is one of the best experiences life has to offer.
I recently got into riding after wanting to do it forever and already put 6000KM after 39 days :lmao:
