Looks good to me.Hold a light up behind it.You should be able to see lots of light thru it.
 
Spread the pleats open and take a look at how clogged it is

yup, can't say from that pic

as for the compressed air
hopefully use a reg and get the PSI down from the ~100 that it's usually set at
30 is plenty to clean an air filter

The back side is steel mesh so can’t do the light test. But the service manual says change every 24k I am at 17 so I just suck it up with a vacuum for now

You should still be able to see light thru it even with the steel mesh.A flashlight in a dark garage.
 
Good point. But I put it back inside and re installed the gastank AND cracked open a guiness... so... I am going to file the filter as “in good shape “!

Had one that looked like that, but much worse when I took it apart.

if you lived/rode in Senagal this may make sense
in a place with high humidity and a 6 month riding season not so much
