Worst Police Chase Ever

Can barely operate the clutch, can’t negotiate a corner at more than 5kph, and almost immediately dumps at the first sign of dirt.
Probably just bought the bike, discovered insurance is expensive, and the rest is history.

He has/had multiple warrants for theft and bunch of other stuff.

It's hard to believe a motorcycle thief could be this bad at everything.
