I dealt with Andy Singh also. Really nice guy. I almost felt bad leaving Dalton Timmis for TD, but they were unable to insure me on a SS so I made the switch and got $450 back from Aviva

Does anyone have an actual agent contact for TD or is it all through their call center ?

Afaik, it's just different random people answering the phone every time I call. They have no brick and mortar other than head office.
