Plating for some small spacers and bolts

I'm rebuilding a GPZ 750 and picked up a NOS Calfab Swingarm for it.

There as 2 spacers and bolts that are black oxide and don't have much/any corrosion resistance. Was looking for a place that could plate them for me -Nickle/CAD ????

It's more for rust prevention than asthetics

They are 12.9 with custom heads so replacing them with something like stainless is probably not an option.

Thanks in advance

Try Eastwood Automotive. They sell automotive restoration tools and equipment online for car restoration enthusiasts. They have a kit for plating small parts for about $65.

Your Gpz goodies are making my eyebrows rise, followed by a smile.
Enviously waiting for pics on this Gpz ?

I've only been working on it for 6 years :)

It was the bike that I always wanted when I was young but never could afford one

For black parts why not use plain old rust paint? 2 thin coats provides a lifetime of corrosion protection.

It's so easy to do your own zinc plating on steel parts, it's worthwhile investigating...
