I used realestatelawyers.ca for my mortgage closing a couple of years back...I remember that their rates were competitive and had decent reviews...They also offered Mobile signing (they came to my house for signing)- and since they have multiple locations in GTA, they work with you based on your convenient location.
 
I used Randy Neal at Neal and Smith in Scarboro for a few things. He's a good guy. My transactions were straight forward with no problems.

Are you looking for someone to do paperwork or get in a fight?
 
My cousin is a RE lawyer, right at Yonge & St. Clair. He's handled all my transactions for me. You won't get the 'family' discount, but pm me if you want his info.
 
THanks for response, everyone. NOt getting into fight nor completing paper work. I had some questions regarding purchasing a home.
